The above statement would lead me to believe that you are not using the correct video driver that would support your card OR they are not updated. If it helps my graphics card is an ATI radeon HD 5700A few tips - When asking for support its best to write down / remember the error fully. Also after logging into windows I get a message saying there is no driver or something like that.
